Sports betting went live on the island of Puerto Rico last week at the Casino del Mar in Las Concha Resort.
BetMGM began to take wagers at the resort with 12 kiosks and five betting windows. A full-scale retail sportsbook at the venue will open later this year.
The La Concha Resort is an ocean-front hotel complex with Caribbean-themed decor in San Juan and the casino is inside.
