The giant Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut, US, one of the world’s largest casinos complexes, has opened a DraftKings Sportsbook.
The venue opened on Saturday at the Mashantucket location, replacing the temporary location that was opened in September. The move followed the successful launch of online sports betting and igaming in the state.
The new two-storey, 12,000sq.ft sportsbook is located in the Great Cedar area of the resort, with wall-to-wall televisions and the largest LED screen in the industry at 50ft by 30ft. It also has multiple VIP rooms, two bars and a restaurant.
