Spearhead Studios obtains Romanian certification and releases new Black Forest online slot game

After releasing five new games in July, Spearhead Studios is in for a busy August. The brand has announced they are entering the Romanian gaming market thanks to receiving certification in the country. Along with that, the developer has released another new online slot title, Black Forest.

Launching in Romania:

After launching in late 2019, Spearhead Studios quickly got to work creating content. The studio now has 20 titles under its belt and with certification in Romania, will be offering up such titles as Wilds of Wall Street and Lara Jones is Cleopatra.

The same games that obtained Romanian certification are also certified in other countries including Colombia, Latvia, Sweden, Spain, and others. Spearhead Studios Managing Director Mathias Larsson commented on the new launch by stating:

“We are a young company with big ambitions. Getting our games certified in multiple jurisdictions, including Romania, is what will help us push through and bring excitement to players around Europe and beyond.”

Launching the New Black Forest Slot Game:

The latest title to join Spearhead Studios is Black Forest. Based on fairy tale mythology and the German woodland, the new game was designed with German players in mind. Black Forest has a dark and magical theme, taking players to a fantasy world filled with mystery.

As players spin the reels of this slot game, Random Wilds can appear along with Expanding Symbols. Access extra spins as well as a Card Gamble option. Wins of up to 2,200x can be earned via the woodland creatures of the game.

Larsson also commented on this new release by stating: “Following up our Super July, we are already releasing another exciting title, Black Forest. This is a game true to our motto, local games for local markets, and I am confident that it will be a perfect match for Germany and some Eastern European markets.”

Super July:

Before August began, Spearhead launched a Super July campaign, set to release five brand-new games during the month. By the end of July, the studio had released its fifth and final game, Super 7 Deluxe. It joined the portfolio not long after Royal Crown and Dark Joker.
