Hosted at Banco Casino in Bratislava, the first-ever Pokercode Festival will take place in September featuring major tournament events.

The new poker festival will begin on September 9 and run through the 12th. Players will find several events on the schedule including a high roller tournament with a €5,000 buy-in. The series will also include the Main Event, with a lower €550 buy-in and a guaranteed prize pool of €125,000.
Top players in the poker world will be in attendance during the inaugural festival including some pros sent to compete by Pokercode. Such players include Fedor Holz, Rainer Kempe, Matthias Eibinger, Mario Mosboeck, and many more.
As the festival takes place, Pokercode made sure to set aside time for gameplay as well as fun. The festival includes time frames for tournament events as well as social gatherings and side events. On the first day, the Main Event kicks off but there is also a welcome event with drinks as well as a community evening where everyone can socialize.
On the 10th, players can continue with Main Event action as day 1B and 1C kick off. There will also be a fun Pokercode Pub quiz to test everyone’s knowledge. On the 11th, the side event takes place, which is a bounty king option. There is also Pokercode Players Party in the evening hours.
On the final day, players will see the Main Event come to an end and a soccer tournament also taking place. Details of the soccer event remain TBD. Overall, the schedule is full of events and provides plenty of poker action along with fun opportunities to get to know other poker players.
Players can choose to buy in early by using the Pokercode website before the festival begins. For those who live in the area, Banco Casino will begin to take buy-ins to the three events early with pre-registration.
