Konami has launched a range of slot machine cleaning and customer care solutions for casino venues with its Synkros casino management system that includes a mix of communications, alerts and report analytics.
Now in seven different locations since it was released in June, the solution helps to optimise slot machine cleaning between use and comes at no cost to Synkros customers.
Tom Soukup, senior vice president and chief systems product officer, said: “The solution assists users to monitor and manage when slots need disinfecting between customer use and is built into the existing Synkros ecosystem.”
It is now being used in locations from California to the Caribbean in seven different jurisdictions. The system permits players ot request cleaning from the player tracking LCD display, triggering email, SMS text or administrative alerts to cleaning crew members.
