Scientific Games (SG) will be able to offer content in the growing esports realm soon, thanks to a new partnership with GameScorekeeper. The Danish data provider will be offering automated esports info to SG as the brand tries to move to the forefront of the developing market.

Rapid Growth:

Esports is a popular betting market that continues to see rapid growth. With new automated data from popular esports categories, Scientific will have a leg up on the competition. As the industry continues to grow, the demand for accurate data and content also grows, which requires operators to seek new partnerships to further their offerings.

According to CalvinAyre.com…

SVP Sportsbook, Digital for Scientific Games, Keith O’Loughlin, commented on the new partnership by stating the company is thrilled to be working with GameScorekeeper to provide partners with reliable live match data in the esports sector. By working with the data provider, Scientific Games will be able to provide a world-class experience to consumers by offering a feed of data in real time.

Details of the Partnership:

The sportsbook software and sports pricing offerings of Scientific Games will have access to esports data from GameScorekeeper. With the info, the sports betting provider will be able to offer quality esports content with an overview of in-game events including kills by player, round winners and headshot count.

SG will be provided historical as well as live match data by GameScorekeeper to use in the products including a scoreboard from popular games like League of Legends and Dota2.

007 Lottery Gaming Success:

Along with sports betting, Scientific also dabbles in other areas, like lottery gaming. Back in September, the brand released a new James Bond-branded group of instant lottery games, both internationally and within the US.

The new games were a hit with the company recently announcing that $43 million was earned over a 19 week time frame. With the solid performance of the games, the developer has now released the James Bond content in other regions around the globe.
