The lockdown in the Australian state of Queensland has been partially lifted by the state government.


The Star Entertainment Group, operating its Star Gold Coast and Treasury casinos, in Brisbane, are situated in regions that moved out of special measures on Sunday.

Both venues have reopened with capacity restrictions, mandatory mask-wearing and compulsory seating while eating and drinking.
