PokerStars NJSCOOP coming soon; set to offer 96 events with $1.2m up for grabs

Online poker players in the state of New Jersey will be excited to hear that the New Jersey Spring Championship of Online Poker (NJSCOOP) is set to begin very soon. PokerStars has released the schedule of the upcoming festival, revealing a total of 96 events with a total of $1.2 million up for grabs!

Players can compete in 48 different tournaments during the NJSCOOP, with a low and high-end buy-in option. Event buy-ins will range in price from $5 to $1,000. The $1.2 million guaranteed prize money will be spread across these events, offering players plenty of chances to win prizes.

The tournaments will take place in varying formats including Omaha, Seven-Card Stud, Mixed Games and No Limit Hold’em. Players can choose to play in the low or high tier based on bankroll. The first event on the schedule is a $100 buy-in Warm Up offering $20,000 in prize money.

The most anticipated poker event on the schedule is the Main Event. It has a $50 buy-in on the low end, offering $30,000 in prize money. On the high end, players can participate by paying the $300 buy-in and compete for a share of the $100,000 in guaranteed prize money.

The NJSCOOP will include a Main Event Depositor Freeroll on April 26^th. The $9k event will offer 30 seats to the $300 Main Event. Along with this event, PokerStars will also be offering $1,000 Second Chance All-In Shootout Freerolls.

Players who take part in the events and fail to earn a payout will automatically be entered in the Shootout. Players do not have to be online to win from this tournament, which is an added bonus! also, the site will be offering $3 Spin and Go’s, which allow players to win seats to events as well!
