The organisers of the Peru Gaming Show 2020 have decided to postpone the event scheduled for June 17-18 and set a new date of August 12-13 as a consequence of the coronavirus crisis.

In Peru, the government has decided to suspend classes in colleges and universities and recommended that all gatherings of large crowds be suspended. “Following these recommendations and with the intent of guaranteeing the quality and attendance to which we have been accustomed to with PGS, we have decided to postpone the show,” the organisers said.

“We are hopeful that by that time many of the unanswered concerns have been resolved and things will be back to somewhat normal. We also know that due to this issue many of the companies could have problems with receiving machines, equipment and accessories which originate in the Asian region.
