Major French casino operator Groupe Partouche has announced that it is selling all of its 57 per cent shareholding in Casino de Crans-Montana, Switzerland.


The sale, subject to regulatory approval, should be completed by the end of January 2022. The funds raised will be used to reduce the group’s financial debt or for reinvestment.

Partouche operates 42 casinos, employing 4,100 people and is listed on the French Stock Market.
