One of Africa’s leading bookmakers, Parimatch Africa, has reportedly become the latest operator to make the move to the real-time customer engagement platform, FAST TRACK CRM (FT CRM).
Operating in partnership with the Pari Match group of companies, the Tanzania-based firm is fast becoming a leading sports betting operation in the world’s second-largest and second most-populous continent.
The operator is currently responsible for sports betting shops in Tanzania and has plans to roll-out further sports betting shops in major cities across the East African country and other African countries including the Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Uganda and Rwanda.
The launch of FT CRM will help it to compete in the emerging market, and its enthusiastic player engagement effort meant it was on the hunt for a specialized customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
