Paltronics Australasia has announced the death of managing director Stephen Cowan on Friday, April 17.
The company said in a statement: “It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Stephen Cowan. Stephen served as managing director of Paltronics Australasia from its early beginnings. During this time, and in his former role as Miranda RSL general manager, he made lifelong Industry friendships.
“Stephen was renowned for his honesty and generous nature and was much loved and respected by all who knew him both personally and professionally. Be assured that the Paltronics family will continue his legacy in the industry he loved so much.
“Terri Cooper, with her extensive experience as director and serving on the Paltronics management board, will immediately assume the role as interim CEO of the company.”
