Luke Orchard, senior vice president of the International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA) has become its president.


Orchard (pictured), who is with IGT, was the chief among the appointments made at the annual meeting of the organisation held in Boston, Massachusetts, US.

He is joined by Ellen Whittemore from Wynn Resorts, who will be vice-president. John Stawyskyi of Ashurst Australia is secretary, and Jeffrey Barbin of Philps Dunbar is treasurer, assisted by Harper Ko of Penn National. General counsel is William Downer of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck.

Appointed as trustees for a second term are Mark Clayton of Greenberg Traurig, Chris Grippa of Aprio, Mark Hemmerle of Shift4Payments, Jeremy Kleiman of Saiber and Rui Pinto Proenca of MdME Lawyers.

The meeting also heard that the International Gaming Summit would be held from June 27-29, 2022 at the Fairmont Copley Plaza, in Boston.
