Changes in the management responsibilities at Novomatic continue with reorganisation of the sales and production departments.
The giant Austrian company has been implementing structural change since last year. The latest move sees all sales become the responsibility of Jakob Rothwangl (pictured) and the production department centrally managed by Walter Eschbacher.
The objective, says board member Ryszard Presch, is increased efficiency. “We are using the pandemic to improve internal processes.” He said that the global sales department would now focus on new customer acquisition and increasing international networking activities while improving customer care.
The changes to the production department would see the consolidation of production, purchasing, logistics and custom manufacture.
