Just ahead of a visit to ICE London a delegation from the National Indian Gaming Association in the US went on to travel to Germany to visit the Gauselmann Group’s headquarters.



It was led by Ernest J Stevens, chairman, and the party of four was met by th group chairman Paul Gauselmann. NIGA represents 250 Indian tribes in 29 states, who between them control 500 casinos generating around US$37bn annually.

The group toured the factory in Lübbecke, its training centre at Benkhausen and visited the machines museum there. Talks were also held on various aspects of business with Jürgen Stühmeyer, CEO of Merkur, and export sales director Athanasios Isaakidis. The group went on to Berlin, accompanied by Gauselmann head of corporate communications Mario Hoffmeister.
