New York Lottery renews with IGT

A renewed four-year contract will see IGT continue as primary technology supplier to the New York Lottery.

Subsidiary IGT Global Solutions Corporation will now continue to work with one of the most successful lotteries in the US through to August 2026.

The company will introduce a new claims and payments system in addition to the central system and related technology, retailer training, field services, call centre support, instant ticket warehousing and distribution plus upgrades.

COO global lottery for the company, Jay Gendron, said: “IGT has built a trusted partnership with the New York Lottery since 1986. For more than 35 years we have worked collaboratively with the lottery to deliver world-class, innovative solutions for retailers and players alike.”

IGT has more than 475,000 point-of-sale terminals in customer jurisdictions worldwide.
