MGM’s National Harbor casino in Maryland, US, yesterday opened an outdoor gaming terrace overlooking the Potomac River.
“It is a unique setting,” said Alex Alvarado, vice-president of casino operations. “Our guests can take their casino experience outside where they can enjoy a cocktail and fabulous views of the region.”
Smoking is now going to be available to those who wish to while gambling, using the new terrace, which is being named the Al Fresco Terrace.
The terrace features a wide array of popular slot games. It already has 3,300 slots and 120 tables on its main 125,000sq.ft casino floor, a poker room with 46 tables and a race book.
