The new Mohegan Sun Casino officially opened its 60,000sq.ft of gaming to the Las Vegas public on Thursday last week.
Celebrities, invited guests, locals and visitors were at the opening ceremony at the Virgin Hotels venue to see the door ceremonially unlocked. Mohegan Gaming interim CEO Ray Pineault and Mohegan Tribal Councillors led the formal event.
The casino features 650 slots and 50 tables. It employs its own Momentum Loyalty Program, awarding Momentum Dollars to spend on dining, shopping hotel stays, spa treatments and other partner benefits.
