Net Q3 revenue up for Churchill Downs

Churchill Downs has reported business results for the third quarter of 2019, including net revenue of $306.3m, up 38 per cent on 2018.

Net income of $14.8m compared to $56.3m in the prior year quarter and adjusted net income of $22.3m compared to $21.9m. Adjusted EBITDA of $88m was up 42 per cent.

The company’s third quarter 2019 net income of $14.8m was comprised of $15.2m in net income from continuing operations and $0.4m in net loss from discontinued operations. The prior year quarter net income of $56.3m was comprised of $58m in net income from continuing operations and $1.7m in net loss from discontinued operations.
