Monaco’s SBM Group, the casino operating company, has reported an increase of 27 per cent in cumulative revenue through to the end of December.


 Its gaming sector was up from €166m to €174.9m, but overall, with its hospitality, rental and other income, its revenues increased from €437.1m to €566.4m.

The company has appointed Stéphane Valeri as deputy chairman to replace Jean-Luc Blamonti, who announced his intention to step down from that post on January 16.
