The MGM Resorts casinos in the US state of Mississippi will begin to reopen on May 25, it has been announced.
On that date the Gold Strike Casino Resort in Tunica will open to a limited capacity and on June 1 it will be followed by the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino at Biloxi (pictured), also with limited capacity.
They will open using the MGM set-down procedure that has been approved in advance, with employee screening and using masks. Guests will also be offered masks and observe distancing measures.
Plexiglass barriers are being installed where appropriate and fabricated hand-washing stations will be on casino floors.
