Maverick Gaming buys Egads!

Maverick Gaming has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase Egads! from Carole Carter.

Founded more than 20 years ago, Egads! is an industry leading supplier of signage, custom lighting and audio/visual systems, unique architectural features incorporating sculpting, mould making, metals, acrylics, glass and other proprietary materials and processes.

Egads! provides services to casinos, entertainment venues, retail facilities and hospitality companies throughout the US and international locations. Its environmental gaming signage has been engaged by every major slot manufacturing company, including IGT, Scientific Games, GTech, Konami and Aristocrat.

“We will be hard pressed to improve on the customer experience Carole has delivered her customers over the last 20 years, but we are very excited to inherit this talented team and look forward to expanding her customer base even further,” said Justin Beltram, COO of Maverick Gaming.

“This is a critical purchase for Maverick as we begin building a nationwide brand of gaming that only Maverick Gaming can deliver. Over the next several months Maverick will start to rebrand the 19 card rooms we own in Washington and consolidate that portfolio into four distinct brands – Maverick Casino, Aces Poker, Dragon Tiger Casino and Macau Legend Casino.”
