A five-star hotel and a casino with 1,200 slots and 400 tables are planned for the Westside City Resorts project in Manila, Philippines.
The US$340m project is subject to a lease until 2039 with Suntrust Home Developers, part of the Hong Kong-based Suncity Group, with rights for another 25 years thereafter.
Work is now under way on the development with a plan to complete construction by the end of 2022.
