MGM Resorts International has made a series of management moves including returning CFO Corey Sanders to the COO job he held from 2010 to 2019.

“We must put into place the right leadership team to bring us forward into a bright future,” CEO Bill Hornbuckle told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Sanders will continue to serve as CFO until MGM finds a replacement.

The president of commercial and growth, Atif Rafiq, has stepped down. Anton Nikodemus, COO of MGM’s Las Vegas operations, is transitioning to president of CityCenter while former chief marketing officer Ann Hoff is moving to oversee operations at Bellagio and Park MGM.

MGM is also creating a chief technology officer position to oversee the digital technology departments. The company is currently searching for candidates.
