Singapore’s Resorts World Sentosa has taken a former top executive from its rival, Marina Bay Sands, says Inside Asian Gaming.
Andrew MacDonald (pictured) will oversee gaming operations at Sentosa, the company announced. It is only a year since MacDonald left Las Vegas Sands, where he was senior vice-president and chief casino operator at Marina Bay.
MacDonald has a 40-year history in the industry, beginning with the West Point Casino in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, before he became a Queensland regulator.
