In a move that extends its global reach, Australian third party slot content designer, Lightning Box, will now be able to supply its content to the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC).
The Sydney-based online casino slot supplier has been licensed by the Canadian province’s Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch earning it the right to provide its entire portfolio of games to the BCLC’s players.
Silver Lion to lead:
First to go live with the Canadian Crown corporation this month is the studio’s hit title, Silver Lion. The new agreement further grows the slots specialist’s presence across North America, after in November 2019 launching its very first titles in Canada with lottery and gaming operator Loto-Québec, via an integration with SG Digital.
Commenting on the permission, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder for Lightning Box, Peter Causley, said in a recent press release…
“We’re very happy to have been granted permission to supply BCLC as it marks another important step as we continue to grow the business and its reach.
“I’m sure our games, starting with Silver Lion, will be as popular with their audience as they have been among other players on the continent and around the world.”
In related news, the slots studio recently added to its portfolio with, Blown Away, the provider’s latest release. The five-reel and 25-payline game went live exclusively with Sky Vegas for two weeks, before its general release on April 15.
Founded in 2004, Lightning Box’s founders each have more than 20 years of math focused slot game design experience. Between them, they have designed the math models behind some of IGT and Aristocrat‘s top-performing games.
Developing new games and jackpots for land-based, online, mobile and social gaming, in addition to Silver Lion, the studio boasts a long string of hit games including Stellar Jackpots with Serengeti Lions and Chilli Gold 2x, Respin Rhino, Lightning Horseman, Dolphin Gold, Lost Temple, Chilli Gold, Serengeti Diamonds, Super Happy Fortune Cat and many more.
Its partners include SG Digital, Quickfire, Incredible Technologies, High 5 Games and Penn National.
