During the first quarter of the year, LeoVegas migrated several brands to its proprietary technical platform. The company operates in the United Kingdom, under the collective name of Rocket X. Such brands as Bet UK, 21.co.uk and Pink Casino have been moved now to the platform, better able to offer a more focused and efficient business mode. With the migration, LeoVegas can now offer a better experience for customers with an expanded offering of games as well as payment options.

Moving to Proprietary Technology:

After LeoVegas acquired the assets of IPS, now known as Rocket X, they operated via a third-party platform. Now that the operation takes place within a proprietary platform, LeoVegas has full control over all the technology they use. This helps to reduce daily operation complexity.

Because of the migration, online gaming choices are now expanded. LeoVegas can offer exclusive games as well as those that are created by third-party providers. Functionality has also been expanded, making it easier for players to find what they are looking for when playing.

According to a recent press release…

Group CEO, Gustaf Hagman, commented on the migration by stating: “This is a milestone for the entire Group, but above all for our technology organization and all of our employees who work in the UK market.”

According to Hagman, the migration was completed in a short time frame and during a situation when employees were working from home. The CEO feels that the company’s group of employees are determined and empowered, which gives them a competitive advantage.

Live Dealer Arrangement:

The announcement of the migration comes just two months after LeoVegas signed a live dealer content deal with Pragmatic Play. With the deal, the operator now provides the operator with the Live Casino portfolio, offering their content to European customers. The company now has access to several online streamed games that are among the industry’s most cutting-edge solutions.
