Elon Musk’s The Boring Company should be closer to offering rides underneath the Strip from Russell Road to Sahara Avenue as the Vegas Loop goes for approval this week.
The Loop will connect to various casinos, the Allegiant Stadium and UNLV.
Once the franchise agreement is approved, Boring has three years to complete construction.
