Spain-based real-money game production studio, Spearhead Studios, has announced its first release of the 2020 fall season, Book of The Kings.
The 5-reel, 3-row, high volatility video slot follows the escapades of popular character Lara Jones, who has been the focus of multiple blockbuster hits for the Marbella-headquartered developer of mobile-optimized HTML5 casino gaming experiences.
Players will once again join the intrepid British explorer on a quest to unearth the spectacular treasures hidden deep within the tomb of a powerful pharaoh, using the ancient Egyptian Book of The Kings as a guide.
Immersive gameplay:
Developed in keeping with the studio’s key operators’ high expectations, the new release has 10 paylines and a maximum win of more than 11,000X. The game offers exceptional graphics as well as an immersive soundtrack, one that puts the player in the presence of the pharaohs from directly within the adventure our hero has once again taken up.
Symbols include the usual 10 through A card values, along with the higher pays including the Egyptian deities Anubis and Horus, a Pharoah, and, of course, Lara Jones, which serves as a “Special Symbol.” The Book acts as a scatter to trigger 10 extra spins and is also Wild, while a random special symbol can expand during extra spins and generate huge payouts.
Gamble feature:
Players can choose to enter all or some of their base and feature wins into the Gamble Ladder to potentially increase them to as much as €30,000.

Offering a 96.40 percent RTP, Book of The Kings has been, like all Spearhead Studio’s games, optimized for mobile play with minimalized file size and loading times, making for better player experience.

In November last year, independent software development company EveryMatrix unveiled the Spain-based studio as a part of its group of companies.
More recently, the Malta-headquartered company announced that it has won in five categories at 5 Star iGaming Media’s 2020 B2B Starlet Awards, which celebrates the best providers in the B2B supply chain.
