JCM Global has made use of its Intelligent Cash Box system in Pennsylvania’s newest casino.
The 550-slot Parx Casino Shippensburg is to employ the use of JCM’s product in the latest opening in the partnership between Parx Casinos and JCM.
Steven Houle, assistant general manager of Parx Casino Shippensburg, noted that the “first interaction” a guest will have at a slot machine is with a bill validator, adding the casino has “one time to provide the best entertainment experience” and that “we trust JCM products to ensure we achieve this.”
JCM’s SVP for sales, marketing and operations, Dave Kubajak, said: “We worked closely with Parx Casino Shippensburg to understand their vision and to create a technology roadmap, not just a year ahead, but five and 10 years ahead.”
