Innovator award for adp Merkur

Germany’s adp Merkur has been awarded Digital Innovator 2022 in the IT company category of the annual programme operated by Chip, the influential German technology publication.

The Gauselmann Group company now joins many world-famous names such as Miele, SAP and Continental, all of whom have also received the seal.

Chip joined with market research company Globis Management Consulting to determine and evaluate the number and quality of new patent applications from 2018 to 2020 in the digital patent classes.

A total of 31,000 registrations were recorded, including 7,380 first-time registrations from 2,000 German companies. Only ten per cent of them were recognised as “Digital Innovator 2022.”
