Australian online bookmaker PointsBet Holdings Proprietary Limited has announced the signing of a deal that has seen its PointsBet USA subsidiary become an official sportsbetting partner for the Indianapolis Colts franchise of the National Football League (NFL).

The Melbourne-headquartered firm used an official Thursday press release to declare that the arrangement will allow its American subordinate to utilize the Indiana team’s intellectual property and trademarks ‘across various digital assets’ in order to help improve its ‘sponsorship opportunities and brand visibility.’

Indiana involvement:

Johnny Aitken serves as the Chief Executive Officer for PointsBet USA and he used the press release to state that he ‘is thrilled’ to have agreed the partnership with the Indianapolis Colts, which has won the Super Bowl twice over the course of its 68-year history. He moreover pronounced that his company already held a similar alliance with the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA) before going on to describe the NFL side as a ‘great organization’ with a ‘hugely passionate fanbase.’
