Images of new casino resort released

Renderings of the $500m resort to be built at Danville in the US state of Virginia by Caesars Entertainment have been released by the company.

Construction of the new venue will break ground by the end of the year, following a positive vote by the Danville population last November.

The resort will have 500 hotel rooms, a casino floor, a sportsbook and a World Series of Poker room, new restaurant and entertainment.

The casino will accommodate 1,400 slots, as well as the sportsbook and poker room with 25 tables.
