IGT’s vice-president of people and transformation, Dorothy Costa, who has more than 26 years’ experience in human resources, has become the company’s global head of people and transformation.
Costa will report to CEO Marco Sala in her new role, which will give her oversight of the worldwide function, including all business unit senior partners and the rewards, diversity and inclusion, organisation transformation and global services and talent management centres of excellence.
Costa was previously senior director of human resources for the products and services organisation. At the same time, the company announced that Mario Di Loreto is moving from executive vice-president of people and transformation to become vice-president and senior advisor to CEO Sala.
