International Game Technology (IGT) has announced that its responsible gaming credentials have recently been boosted via the re-certification of its land-based and digital gaming arms by the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4).

The London-headquartered firm used an official Monday press release to detail that its IGT Gaming and PlayDigital divisions were initially accredited by the renowned responsible gaming organization in 2017 and 2019 respectively and have now become the first such enterprises to have again received such coveted endorsements.

Surpassing specifications:

Wendy Montgomery serves as Global Brand, Marketing and Communications Senior Vice-President for IGT and she used the press release to proclaim that G4 works towards minimizing the impact of problem gambling via the promotion of ‘a worldwide accreditation program for gaming industry operators and suppliers’. She moreover declared that this organization recently determined that products from her firm’s IGT Gaming and PlayDigital arms continued to ‘exceed industry standards for providing player protection tools and responsible gaming information’.
