Merkur, the big German slot machine brand, has “great expectations” from its long-overdue return to ICE London after the disruption caused by the pandemic.

The company is bringing new cabinets, new game titles, fresh multigames, mystery and linked progressives and the “theatre configuration” of Merkur Roulette.

It will have its subsidiary Merkur Dosniha there with its Spanish products to meet with visitors from that country, with three casino jackpots, an arcade jackpot and a new G-Box selection.

The Dutch contingent will be catered for too with its own dedicated section of the booth, rejoicing in the recent Eilers & Krejcik praise for the M-Box Trio and multigame content as the best performer in the Holland Casino chain, running at 4.89 times the floor average.

The UK subsidiary, Blueprint will show its Avante Trio, Auroramax, Ultramax and Alpha Trio cabinets.

Games for the international and German domestic market will be in evidence with the latest linked progressive jackpots from Link Zone, the Legend of FuLu Chen, China Charms, Solar Link and the new Five. There will also be the futuristic design of the Zonic cabinet and the Red Pocket jackpot.

Merkur eSolutions will have its terminal there, allowing operators and their customers a fast and seamless access to value-added online services such as the Paylado e-wallet.

The online gaming specialist eGaming will be on the booth with its Aggregator Solution to integrate various content providers into the edict platform.

GeWeTe with its money handling products will, as always, be present, this time with a new addition to its Cash Center range, the Cash Center Backloader.

Said Merkur Gaming CEO Sakis Isaakisis: “It is hugely significant that ICE is now back on the gaming calendar and once again in its long established traditional format.

“We appreciate what ICE was in 2020 and before the full extent of the Covid pandemic, but our expectation is not just for a show that will be ‘as good as’, it must absolutely be ‘even better than’ and that is exactly what we have all worked so hard to help bring to reality.

“Our full team is working hard to make sure, as I said, that this is a comeback show ‘even better than’ before. We really do have great expectations for ICE 2023 and beyond.”
