Grosvenor Casinos champions safety

Safer Gambling Week began yesterday and, recognising it, Grosvenor Casinos has reiterated its commitment to responsible gambling with its ongoing Player Protection Champions initiative.

The big UK chain of casinos has its dedicated team members offering confidential support to customers around safer gambling.

Identified as Player Protection Champions, the team members from the gaming and entertainment venues across the UK are using this week’s campaign to remind its regulars and new players, that one-to-one advice is on hand.

The campaign runs for the whole of this week through to Sunday, but the Champions will operate year-round. They receive specialist training on how to identify potential problems from players’ behaviour and how to discuss it with them.
