In a move that is in keeping with its “big ambitions” in Germany, Greentube has partnered with leading European iGaming operator, Interwetten Gaming Ltd, for the distribution of its premium online casino content.

The new alliance will see games from the Novomatic Interactive division’s diverse portfolio, including titles such as 40 Fortune Fruits 6, Star Supreme and Chili Bomba, as well as player-favorite slots from the successful Diamond Link series, go live with the company’s online brand interwetten.com later in the month.

Statement of intent:

Julia Schagerl, Key Account Manager Germany for Greentube, used a company news release to comment on the collaboration, saying…

“We have big ambitions in Germany and this partnership with Interwetten is the latest strong statement of intent. Since we first entered the market earlier this year, we have found that our content has resonated with players and this new deal with Interwetten will allow us to continue to grow in a region of great strategic importance.”

Partnering with the tier-one operator will help Greentube introduce its content to an ever-growing audience as it continues to secure commercial agreements across Germany after the regulated iGaming market came into effect in the Western European country on July 1st, 2021, courtesy of the New State Treaty on Gambling (GluNeuRStV).

Established provider:

Also commenting on the tie-up, Stefan Sulzbacher, Speaker of the Board of Interwetten, explained that while “German players are enjoying fresh casino content more than ever,” it is important for a brand such as Interwetten to only select “partners who will provide the highest quality gaming experience.”

To that, Sulzbacher added that “Greentube certainly fits the bill,” and they are “delighted” to be able to share their premium content with their “loyal players.”

Operated by Interwetten Gaming Ltd, www.interwetten.com went live more than two decades ago and is currently available in 9 languages. The digital operation is supervised by the Malta Gaming Authority and offers its customers in Germany sports betting, casino, live casino, virtuals and eSports.

European growth:

The deal is the latest in a series of content distribution agreements in Europe, including the Austrian game developer’s tie-up with Swiss land-based operator Casino Neuchâtel’s online interest, HurrahCasino.ch.

After the initial launch into the Swiss iGaming space in October 2019 with Grand Casino Luzern’s mycasino.ch website, the company quickly inked similar commercial deals with Casino Davos‘ popular online brand Casino777.ch, followed by back-to-back launches in May this year with Casino Lugano for its swiss4win.ch site and Casino Du Lac Genève‘s online brand pasino.ch.

Most recently, Greentube went live with Dutch operator Fair Play Casino in the Netherlands‘ newly regulated market, which followed the successful integration to long-term partner Finnplay’s platform.
