Nevada based gaming technology firm Golden Matrix Group Inc. (OTC: GMGI), has entered into an agreement with gambling software development company Playtech plc (LSE:PTEC.L) that will see both companies increase their shares in the esport and betting game markets across the globe.

The new collaboration gives Playtech exclusive distribution rights to the Las Vegas-headquartered developer’s recently developed suite of peer-to-peer (Peer2P) esport betting games as well as GMGI’s popular AI player acquisition and retention system within Playtech’s vast global network.

Games distribution:

Nasdaq listed Golden Matrix will also have non-exclusive rights for the distribution of the British online casino software provider’s most successful games via its extensive operator network. Playtech gaming software, including slots, live dealer games, bingo, table games and poker will be distributed by GMGI courtesy of the content agreement.
