The ninth and final race track licence in Kentucky, US, has gone to Revolutionary Racing, says Fantini’s Gaming Report.

The company plans to reintroduce quarter horse racing to the state, developing a $55m quarter horse track and historical horse racing facility in Ashland, close to the border with West Virginia and Ohio.

It is expected to be completed by 2024. The nearest alternative for players is the historical horse racing venue at Oak Grove, two hours away by car.
