The closure of Poland’s casinos under the control of Century Casinos has been extended in response to the pandemic.

Century made the announcement on Friday, stating that the venues would remain closed until the end of January with the possibility of further extensions beyond that date.

The move is in accordance with Polish government regulations. Century has a two-thirds stake in Casinos Poland, with eight venues. They contributed four per cent to the Century bottom line in the quarter to the end of September 2020.
