Etienne appointed at Aristocrat Leisure

The necessary regulatory pre-approval for the appointment of Philippe Etienne as a non-executive director of Aristocrat Leisure has been received by the company and his appointment to this role has been
confirmed by the company’s board.

Etienne’s nomination for appointment to the board of the company was originally announced on October 1 2019.

He will hold the office of non-executive director and, being eligible, will offer himself for election by shareholders at the 2020 annual general meeting of the company.
