There will be no delays in the start of work on the third Solaire integrated resort at Cavite, south of Manila, Philippines, once the second phase is completed.


The builder of the Solaire Resort and Casino, Bloomberry Resorts Corporation, told Inside Asian Gaming that once the latest phase,  Solaire Resort North, is opened shortly, building will start.

The director for investor relations, Jonas Isaac Ramos, said: “We will start major construction work probably after we open Solaire North next year. Meanwhile, preparation work will take place.”

Bloomberry has paid $134m for the 280 hectares of property for the Cavite development. Solaire North, which is loacted in Quezon City, is due to open towards the end of next year. It will offer 600 hotel rooms, 250 gaming tables and between 2,000 and 3,000 slots.
