There has been a further delay in the dispatch of a circular concerning the disposal of interest in Genting Macau by Genting Hong Kong.
It had been announced on November 10 last year that a statement would be made regarding the divesting of its interests, but it had been granted extra time to prepare and finalise certain financial information that needs to be included in the circular because of the pandemic.
The delay had been authorised by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through a waiver.
