Passengers returning to the cross-Channel ferry route between the UK and Continental Europe, following the pandemic lockdown, will find increased entertainment.

Wexel Gaming has now installed its latest roulette automated gaming table on the popular Dover to Calais ferry. The move follows a series of successful installations early last year on the North Sea ferry routes, sailing from Hull, the home of Wexel.

The Dover-Calais ferry roulette has been an instant success, even though it has only been in place since the beginning of this month.

The roulette is an attractively-lit, live wheel for up to eight players using touchscreen controls. Players can deposit Sterling or Euros and it has TITO facilities.

Sean Young, managing director of Wexel Gaming, said: “The ferry operating business understands its customers and tries to ensure that it provides a selection of entertainment for different age groups and types of passengers throughout their voyage.”
