The US state of Colorado posted total sports betting handle of $552m in November.
The figure represents a 4.9 per cent increase from the total in October. Year-to-year, meanwhile, Colorado posted a 16.2 per cent jump in sports betting handle compared to November 2021.
The state collected $2.58m in taxes from sports betting wagers in November, a 10.8 per cent increase on October and a 30.4 per cent jump year-on-year.
Basketball proved the most popular sport for betting in Colorado in November, with $142m wagered, followed by American football at $135m.
