On December 14th, 2022 the co – founder and CEO of FSB, David McDowell, steps up to the board following 15 – years of his service in order to support the new management team during the next phase of FSB’s company growth.
FSB has won various awards for their state – of – the – art gaming technology, and there are aiming at expanding their coverage to incorporate the major sports located in the United States of America such as football, baseball, basketball, and ice hockey. They have operational experience across four different continents, and they have been granted the SBC Sportsbook Supplier of the Year Award. Their service offerings specialize in both retail and mobile sports gambling, trading services, customer support, hosting, and marketing.
The Chair of the Board, Michael Wagman, stated, “David has been instrumental in building what we believe to be the strongest sports betting and i – Gaming platform in the industry. There are few people that have his deep sector knowledge across sports betting, platform and i – Gaming products and we look forward to continuing our strategic collaboration as David joins the board of directors.”

As previously announced, Ian Gray, who is a well – seasoned executive, has made the wise decision to join FSB as the interim leader and the board liaison while Adam Smith who just so happens to be a technology and telecommunications professional has also joined FSB now as the head of delivery. Sam Lawrence (CTO) and Ian Freeman (CRO) will be participating in new and expanded roles within the latest Executive Team of FSB.
