Independent research agency Explori has been recruited by ICE London show organiser Clarion Gaming to carry out a consultancy programme with customers.
The plan is to understand perceptions of the ICE event and the industry’s aspirations for the future, said Stuart Hunter, managing director of Clarion (pictured).
“ICE exists to meet the needs of customers and has always worked in partnership with the industry to deliver the type of event that the industry wants. The concise and important survey, which takes approximately five minutes to complete, will help us to make the right decisions at this crucial time for the business.”
To thank the industry for its time taken to complete the survey, Clarion is donating £5 on the participant’s behalf to charity.
