The chain of casinos in Poland operated by US company Century Casinos has reopened.

The eight venues of Casinos Poland, in which Century has a two-thirds stake, reopened on Friday under a government scheme that will last only until February 28, when it will be reassessed.

All Polish casinos were closed towards the end of December in response to a rise in infections. The new release will be dependent upon the imposition of strict social distances and enhanced health and safety protocols.
