Century Casinos’ net operating revenue dropped in the final quarter of 2022, but the full-year results were record postings.

Q4 revenue was US$103.8m, a decrease of three per cent year-on-year.

However, for the full year 2022, net operating revenue rose 11 per cent to $430.5m.

Adjusted EBITDA for Q4 decreased 13 per cent, but for 2022 overall climbed six per cent to $103.3m.

Erwin Haitzmann and Peter Hoetzinger, co-chief executive officers of Century Casinos, noted the company “finished 2022 with record net operating revenue and adjusted EBITDA.”

This came despite disruptions at its Caruthersville property.

The pair added in a joint statement that construction on the casino and hotel development project for Caruthersville and the Cape Girardeau hotel project are on target to be completed in 2024.
